A written scope
The quote says what is included. If something is still unknown, it is named as unknown, not hidden in a round figure.
About
Built, wired, plumbed and finished by one team.
Golden Manes is a London building firm for extensions, loft conversions, plumbing, electrical work and decoration.
We keep the team small so the people who price the job stay close to the people who build it. You should not have to introduce the plasterer to the electrician, or explain the kitchen layout twice.
Some jobs are a single bathroom or a coat of paint. Some run from the foundations of an extension through to the floor. Both are welcome. If we are not the right firm for the distance or the scope, we will say so.
How we like to work
Plain scope. Tidy site. One number.
A protected house
Most of our clients live at home during the work. Dust sheets, a clear route through, and a site left sweepable at the end of the day.
A finish you can see
Painting, tiling, flooring and plastering are scheduled with time to dry. We walk the job with you before we call it done.
Start with a visit
Tell us about the house.
A short note is enough. We will come and look before we talk about a price.
