Most of our extension work is on London terraces: a rear addition, a side return, or both. The aim is a room that belongs to the house, with daylight, a proper threshold to the garden, and the services already thought through.

A loft is often the least disruptive way to add a bedroom. We build dormers and mansards, fit the stairs, and leave you with insulation, daylight and a room you can actually furnish.

Bathrooms, cloakrooms, kitchens and heating pipework. We replace tired fittings, reroute what needs to move, and leave the room ready for tile and paint. Or we do that finishing work ourselves.

From a single extra circuit to a rewire. We plan the lighting, put sockets where you actually need them, and test the work before plaster and paint cover the chases.
Electrical in detail

Painting, tiling, flooring and plastering. This is the part of the job you touch every day, so we schedule it as its own piece of work, with time to dry, set and be looked at in daylight.
